This joint-venture offers significant advantages due to the scale of existing operations, its combined management experience and its knowledge of the industry.

Smart Growth and co-venturing partners has the infrastructure capability and expertise to operate a large portfolio of hotels and whereby the parties are interested in discussing possible fundraising through closed-end placement at AIM- Exchange in London and in exploring possible cooperation for certain joint project development activities that include the intention of possible opportunities relating to a proposed existing hotel conversions located major cities of Turkey. The conversions will be re-flagged & developed by the Smart Growth and managed by the joint ventured international operator.
